News: Bedroom's 'Grow' Gets Remastered and Reissued!
It’s the moment everyone has been waiting for. Countless emails, DMs, comments over the years can now be answered… Bedroom’s phenomenal and “cult” classic ‘Grow’ has been remastered and reissued on vinyl and cassette courtesy of Danger Collective Records. From their website:
Bedroom is the recording project of Nashville, Tennessee songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Noah Kittinger. In 2013, at the age of 17, Kittinger wrote and recorded his second full-length album, Grow, in his bedroom at his parents’ house in Spring Hill, Tennessee, using only one microphone and the light version of Studio One Pro. The dreamy lo-fi album quickly became an internet sensation, garnering over 43 million streams on Spotify alone. The first pressing of 500 was originally released by Furious Hooves Records, and sold out quickly. Danger Collective Records remastered the album for this second pressing of 1,000, which arrives just in time for Grow’s eight year anniversary.
Kittinger returned to the Bedroom project a few years ago and has continued making music under that name through his 20s. He is currently finishing up his fourth album.
We are crying sad happy tears over here! This is good news for the world, though, as you should now be able to find ‘Grow’ in more local record stores all over the place! We are so very proud of Noah and all that he has accomplished. He will certainly continue creating incredible things for us to hear and look at. And who knows, maybe Furhoof and Noah Kittinger will do something again one day… ;)
